Australia’s biggest celebration of spring prepares to welcome crowds after dark with Floriade NightFest beginning tomorrow night.
NightFest will light up Commonwealth Park for five nights only from Wednesday 23 September until Sunday 27 September.
Crowds can enjoy another spectacular lighting display from Sydney company Mandylights. The lights will be complemented by a fantastic line-up of entertainment including top Aussie comedians Hannah Gadsby (ABC TV’s Adam Hills Tonight, Please Like Me) and Joel Creasey (Studio 10, The Project, I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Australia).
NightFest also features two new pop-up venues on the lawns of Stage 88 this year – La Petite Grande and The Little Palais – which will feature circus acts, a UV Dance Party and a silent disco.
Seeing Floriade after dark is a unique experience, offering something for the whole family. Close to 35,000 visitors attended NightFest last year with two nights selling out, so be sure to purchase your tickets now to avoid missing out.
