We all know Tasmania is a place characterized by wild weather, dramatic coastlines and friendly, welcoming people. But it is also a place blessed with an abundance of boutique produce and wonderful wines.

Join us as we celebrate the "Taste of Tasmania", We're teaming up with our friends at Cape Bernier wines (Tasmanian Vineyard of the year 2010) to host a one-off regional food and wine event not to be missed.

The evening will focus on award winning Cape Bernier wines, all matched with a beautiful five course menu, created by Sapore head chef Valentino Pampanini and showcasing the very finest seasonal Tasmanian produce.

When:     Monday 25th of May 2015
Where:    Sapore Restaurant 3-5 Fitzroy St, St Kilda Vic
Time:       7pm
Cost:        $130 per person (5 courses with matched wines)
