The ultimate winery experience

Brown Brothers Wines, Milawa

Milawa’s Brown Brothers Wines has just joined a very exclusive club – becoming the 17^th member of Ultimate Winery Experiences Australia (UWEA).

UWEA is a hand-selected collection of Australian wineries that offer premium experiences such as barrel, private and structured tastings, food wine matching, wine education and gastronomy – all in spectacular locations.

The group also recently welcomed King Valley’s Pizzini Wineries as a member and, with the addition of Brown Brothers, UWEA now has 17 members across five states. And of the 17 national members, six are Victorian – more than any other state.

To commemorate the occasion, UWEA has created The Victorian Wine Trail, a five-day, self-drive itinerary incorporating winery experiences at all of the UWEA Victorian member wineries, as well as suggestions for high quality accommodation and points of interest in each region.

The itinerary tracks north of Melbourne through the Yarra and King Valleys, returns via the Nagambie Lakes and Strathbogie wine regions, and ends on the Mornington Peninsula.
