Coombe – The Melba Estate, the home of  Australian opera legend Dame Nellie Melba, opened its doors to the public two years ago, and now visitors can glimpse even further into the extravagant life of one of the world’s most iconic divas, with a behind-the-scenes tour of some of the home’s most cherished rooms.

Located in the Yarra Valley, Coombe Cottage will open its doors to small groups, who can journey through Dame Nellie Melba’s private boudoir, her beloved music room and her study. Also included is a guided tour of the grounds, as well as deluxe morning or afternoon tea and a glass of Coombe Farm Sparkling wine.

‘A Glimpse of Melba’ tours will run twice daily, Wednesday to Saturday until 13 August 2016.
