Take your affections to new heights on Sky Terrace rooftop bar with champagne at sunset, overlooking the city skyline and sparkling Sydney Harbour, before an intimate dinner at one of The Star's signature restaurants, including BLACK by ezard, Osteria Balla Manfredi and Sokyo, where degustation menus have been lovingly crafted especially for Valentine's Day.

BLACK by ezard

Indulge in a lavish five-course menu at The Star's contemporary Australian grill, BLACK by ezard this Valentine's Day. With extraordinary harbour views, premium service and a lux interior, BLACK oozes romance. Guests will be treated to an exquisite, expertly prepared degustation of fish and chips with a twist – scallop sashimi in sea urchin custard with wakame, edamame puree and honey yuzu dressing, before moving onto delicate toothfish and BLACK's signature wagyu mbs 9+ flat iron steak. Finish with an indulgent warm couverture ganache with hazelnut, cherry and mascarpone ice cream. Osteria Balla Manfredi

Let renowned Italian chef, Stefano Manfredi take you and your loved one on a memorable culinary journey through his homeland with a delectable five-course menu set to a backdrop of uninterrupted harbour views. Guests will be treated to divine, contemporary Italian dishes including zucchini flowers with ricotta and truffle, zucchini puree and macadamia, and a decadent dolce of chocolate profiteroles with raspberry cream- the ultimate indulgence. Sokyo

Embrace the taste of Tokyo over a shared set menu for two, designed especially for Valentine's Day by Sokyo executive chef and Japanese cuisine master, Chase Kojima. Taste exceptional seasonal creations such as Pacific oysters in plum wine and lime granita, venison loin with sansho, and chocolate furikake. The set menu is $100 per person. ENTERTAINMENT

Sky Terrace

Celebrate Valentine's Day with sky-high drinks and citywide views atop Sky Terrace. Cuddle up with your loved one while enjoying a bottle of Veuve Clicquot champagne and delicious chocolate fondue for only $120, while listening to the ultimate summer playlist from resident DJs – the perfect soundscape to the panoramic views over the water and city skyline. Open 3pm to 10pm.

THE DARLING SPA

If you're looking for the most relaxing setting in the city for your special someone, book a 90 minute treatment at Sydney's most lovingly detailed luxury hotel spa. They'll receive a glass of Chandon Brut on arrival plus a complimentary sweet treat. The Spa offers a full range of treatments including skincare, facials, massage wellness, body treatments and more.
